Your first box will ship within 2-3 business days of placing your order, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

For all future boxes, renewals occur on the same day you originally subscribed, and those boxes will also ship within 2-3 business days of the renewal date.

If the address is not updated before your box processes, a re-ship fee will apply. Unfortunately, forwarding fees due to an incorrect address are not covered by The Ring Boxes.

Gift subscriptions are an amazing way to celebrate and spoil the bride-to-be for months! All gift boxes are shipped directly to the bride-to-be, while email notifications and account updates are sent to the person who purchased the gift.

Once the bride receives her first box, you have the option to update the account with her email address so she can manage her subscription, receive our newsletters, and stay in the loop with all our exciting updates!

No need to wait! Our bridal boxes are tailored to each bride’s unique wedding journey. Even if the wedding date is far off or hasn’t been set yet, we’ve got you covered. We offer flexible shipment options, like our bi-monthly plan, to ensure the gifts arrive at the perfect pace. If the bride hasn’t set a date yet, we’ll start with our early engagement boxes. Once the date is decided, simply update us, and we’ll customize future boxes to align perfectly with her special timeline.

It’s never too late! Our bridal boxes are tailored to each bride’s wedding date, so we’ll ensure she receives exactly the boxes she needs. We offer a variety of themed boxes perfect for the final months of her engagement, including our popular Big Day Box and Honeymooners Box. No matter how close the wedding is, we’ll make sure she enjoys a memorable and exciting countdown to her big day!

Yes, while we’ll be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription by contacting us through our contact page at https://www.theringboxes.com/pages/contact.

To avoid being charged for your next box, please make sure to cancel by 5 PM CST at least 2 business days before your next renewal date. This ensures your box won’t be processed. Please note, cancellations made after a box has been processed cannot be refunded.
